Pasta Carbonara
Ingredients:

Pasta of your choice 400g

3 eggs
-
100g of Italian bacon (eg. pancetta)

3 cloves of garlic
-
Butter
-
60 grams of grated parmesan
**serves 3

Instructions

Slowly heat up a pan with cubed bacon in it till it renders down. Add garlic and let brown then let sit at a low temperature.

Whisk together eggs with parmesan and add salt and pepper.

Meanwhile cook the pasta, when done add the pasta to the pan with the garlic and bacon along with a splash of pasta water, add butter and mix through.

Finally take off the heat and add the egg mixture, such that it coats the pasta but does not scramble, serve with parmesan and enjoy!
