Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Half a lemon

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • Asparagus (8-10 pieces)

  • 125-150 grams of salmon

  • Dill

  • Butter/Olive Oil

  • Rice

  • Oven

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Aluminum Foil

​Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius before beginning
     

  2. Cut into the salmon with the knife (not all the way through, just minor incisions) around 1cm apart
     

  3. Place the salmon onto aluminium foil
     

  4. Squirt the half lemon onto the salmon
     

  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the fish
     

  6. Add dill on top
     

  7. Cut a small slice of butter (2x2 cm) and place it on the fish
     

  8. Add the asparagus on either side of the salmon
     

  9. Wrap it in the aluminum foil
     

  10. Place it in the oven for 19 minutes
     

  11. Cook rice while salmon is in the oven
